The Healthy@Heart - Healthy Weight For Life™ program aims to help you 'Eat Better. Move Better. Be Better.'
The in-home program is suitable for individuals with a body mass index (BMI) ≥ 30 (without existing chronic health conditions) who are motivated to:
- lose around 5 to 10 kg
- gently increase physical activity and muscle strength
- improve their general wellbeing
- prevent the development of chronic disease, or
- promote a future healthy pregnancy
All the products and tools are delivered directly to the individual's home so the entire program can be done in the comfort of their own home regardless of whether they live in the city or country.

Targeted lower body strength exercises to help increase endurance, improve mobility and general well-being.
