Ingredients

  • 100ml cold water
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free drinking chocolate powder + extra to serve
  • 1.5 tsp gelatine powder
  • 100 ml hot water (~80℃)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine Kicstart and sugar-free drinking chocolate.
  2. Add cold water and mix well until powder dissolves.
  3. In a large measuring jug, mix gelatine with hot water until completely dissolved.
  4. Add ice cubes and stir vigorously to cool gelatine mixture until it begins to thicken.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Add chocolate shake mix to gelatine and mix with stick blender until smooth.
  7. Pour into large bowl or mould and refrigerate for a 3 hours or until set.
  8. Dust with chocolate powder to serve.
