Beginning with analysing your H-ADAPT assessment, they will work with you across your four telehealth consultations to guide you towards nutritional decisions and lifestyle choices to support your journey towards reducing pain.

They are joined in supporting you by our team of pharmacists, occupational therapists, nurses & program navigators through on-hand support for the first four months. At this time, additional support can be discussed.
