A delicious warming dessert to enjoy after dinner on winter evenings. Can also be served with yoghurt as part of a lunch and snack plan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed frozen or fresh berries
  • sugar substitute (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat berries in a microwave proof dish (or a small saucepan) until they are warmed through and juices are released.
  2. Stir and sweeten to taste with sugar substitute (if required)
