Create an explosion of flavour and colour!

Frozen berries are readily available and are a great way to jazz up your KicStart shake into something extra extra thick and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 x sachet KicStart shake – we recommend Vanilla Bean, Strawberry Sundae or Tropical Banana
  • 200ml cold water
  • 1 cup frozen berries (or fresh berries if available)
    Fresh berries can be expensive, but are often more affordable when they’re in season.
    Keep an eye out in the supermarket and try new combinations.
  • If using fresh berries, add a few ice cubes if you prefer a nice cold smoothie.

Method

  1. Add the water to blender.
  2. Add your KicStart shake powder, fresh or frozen berries, and ice cubes if needed.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth
  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
